Every session is designed to be fun and challenging but also progressive to guarantee you achieve maximum results. We can exercise outside or come to your home, whichever is more convenient for you

Our outdoor group fitness classes are fun and personalized. If you are looking for the benefits of personal training but prefer working out with others then this is for you. Build definition and increase your fitness fast in these classes!
HIIT (high intensity interval training) uses short bursts of high-intensity (or maximum intensity) intervals. This raises an individual’s metabolism for the rest of the day so you are able to burn fat much longer after the workout has been completed.
Cardio Blast is a similar work-out with short bursts of intensity (running/sprinting of 10-30 seconds with recovery time). You will go at your own pace but this will be an opportunity to really increase your metabolism and burn fat while building your anaerobic threshold. NO PRIOR RUNNING EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! This is a 30 minute class and will include a warm-up, cool down and basic running coaching
