Nadine Tonnis
Swim, Yoga, & Fitness Instructor

Nadine Tonnis Reiki Master

Nadine is a personable, vivacious, and outgoing individual with a long-standing interest in fitness. Over the years, she has explored a variety of sports and activities, but beach volleyball captured her heart in her mid-twenties, and she has been a fan of the sport ever since. Driven by her desire for sun, beach, and sea, Nadine left her native Austria. She embarked on extended travels to Mexico, Australia, and, eventually, the Cayman Islands, where she currently resides.

Living in tropical climates led Nadine to embrace swimming as her preferred cardio sport, and she also discovered the transformative power of yoga. Initially, she incorporated yoga into her beach volleyball and swimming fitness regimen, but soon she recognized its physical, mental, and emotional benefits. Yoga and meditation became a crucial part of her daily routine, and eventually, she pursued certification as a yoga instructor in Bali.

Nadine is passionate about sharing her enthusiasm for sports and fitness, and she firmly believes that yoga is a gateway to a healthy, happy, and well-balanced life. As a yoga teacher, she relishes the opportunity to inspire and empower others to reach their fitness goals and discover their own path to wellness.
